comfort food

when there is dark


and cold outside, what do we do? turn to the comfort food. such as this pie (prepared for tonight's party):



stuffing:
2 leeks chopped and fried on 3 tablespoons of butter + 150g of canned mussles and 3 tablespoons of cream + salt and pepper; place on a pre-baked tart dough
topping:
3 tablespoons of olive oil + 1 mashed garlic clove + 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley + 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs; mix in a bowl and add to the top of the leek stuffing
bake half an hour
