Mother's Day (ss#12)

yes, it's today, 26th that is (in Poland).

(pictures from Colmar, of course ;-))

progress, finally

it seemed a never-ending stockinette flow. it took me three weeks, two trips (one abroad, no knitting needles allowed on the plane) and one family event to finish the back of this blue top. now, the arm seams will be grafted and the collar will be knitted. no idea for the collar, really, except that it'll be a shawl-like one, not as in the original design.

not knitting

stress and a family life instead...

06 May, 2007

not so much to show

and will stay that way for a couple more days. i'll be out of town ;-)

so far, the progress on the blue top is not especially impressive. the front, and only part of the back. apparently, i've got other things than knitting on my mind...

p.s. i know the photo sucks... bad light the whole day.

(Colmar, February 2007)

Everybody has a secret world inside of them. All of the people of the world, I mean everybody. No matter how dull and boring they are on the outside, inside them they've all got unimaginable, magnificent, wonderful, stupid, amazing worlds. Not just one world. Hundreds of them. Thousands maybe.
